We supported some runners at an event that they call the Geeelong Half Marathon.

The conditions couldn't have been better it was still, about 22degs and the course was scenic........I wonder why we attended? So of course we had to run too. A nice little flat half along the banks of the river I did a 1:24:28 not my best but a good lead up into the Great Ocean Road 45km Marathon in May, and the rest of the team came in with personnel best to. So all in all a great day.

We also had the Weekend Warriors out and about on some crazy trail somewhere down the peninsular in Victoria, and they were excited to see more wildlife than ever, must be the season of something! The request is more please, we will see if we get new members. So take a look at the Weekend Warriors page to find out more its fun! and you might just be the extra number we need to do even more of these events.

We have had a fair bit of interest for our Larapinta outback trip to the red centre from the US. Looks like the septic will be setting the trail ablaze with me in August, sign up now if your interested as we have limited places for this one.

Ok guys i'm off for a stretch i'm feeling a little stiff from yesterdays half.

Until next time fellow pavement and trail plodders.............................................Happy Running!
